Vanilla Cake Pops
A deliciously fun way to enjoy our Vanilla Mud Cake!
Serves/Makes: 28 cake pops
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 45-50 minutes
Ingredients
Green’s Deluxe Vanilla Mud Cake
1 x block White Cooking Chocolate
Sprinkles
Cake pop sticks or skewers
Method
PREPARE
1. Bake Green’s Deluxe Vanilla Mud Cake as per pack directions.
2. Prepare icing as per pack directions and mix into the cake crumb. Cake crumb will be easy to shape/roll, not wet.
3. Roll mixture into shapes using 1 tbsp of mixture for each cake pop. Add cake pop stick/skewer, place on a tray and place into fridge to cool.
MELT, DIP & DECORATE
1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate.
2. Dip each cake pop to completely cover the cake. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
3. Before it sets, decorate cake pops with sprinkles.
4. Placing back onto the tray and into the fridge until set.
