Valentine’s Day Cookie Slice
Spoil someone you love with this delicious, easy to bake cookie slice.
Ingredients
Green’s Deluxe Chocolate Chunk Cookies
1 egg
1 1⁄2 tablespoons (30g) melted butter
1⁄2 cup of jaffas
1⁄2 cup mini marshmallows
1⁄2 cup pink chocolate drops
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (160 fan forced) and grease and line a slice pan.
2. Place cookie mix into a bowl with egg and melted butter and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined. Next place the jaffas, mini marshmallows and pink chocolate drops in batter
and fold into mixture evenly.
3. Shape dough into a firm ball and then place it into slice pan. Next, using your fingertips, press mixture evenly into pan making sure there is no gaps.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Once cooked allow to cool before transferring to a cooling rack.
5. Add some jaffas, mini marshmallows and pink chocolate drops on top to decorate.
