Terms & Conditions of entry

1) General

  1. a) Information regarding how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. b) Entry into the Green’s Moment Competition (The Promotion) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. c) The Promoter is Green’s General Foods Pty Ltd, 29 Glendenning Rd, Glendenning NSW 2761 (ABN 56 001 553 564), (The Promoter).
  4. d) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Green’s General Foods Pty Ltd includes all related and subsidiary companies, past, present and future officers, agents, representatives, employees and assigns.

2) Entry requirements

  1. a) Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older only.
  2. b) Individuals must have an Instagram account in order to fulfil the entry requirements.
  3. c) Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
  4. d) Entry to The Promotion is free.
  5. e) The Promotion commences at 5.30am (AEDT) on Thursday the 20th of March 2026 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on Thursday the 9th of April 206 (The Promotion Period).
  6. f) To enter the Promotion, participants must:
  7. i) Follow @greensfoodsaustralia
  8. ii) Use a Green’s product and share a Green’s Sweet Treat Moment (baking, decorating, sharing or simply enjoying your sweet treat) on their public Instagram profile

iii) Use the hashtag #GreensMoment and tag @greensfoodsaustralia

  1. g) Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
  2. h) Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

3) Judging

  1. a) This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged on a combination of fulfilment of the entry requirements, creative merit and relevance to the theme.
  2. b) There will be three (3) Major Prize Winners selected.
  3. c) Judging will take place at Kinrise Pty Ltd of Level 15, 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra, Victoria 3141 at 09.00am (AEDT) on Friday the 10th of April 2026, and will be undertaken by a representative selected by The Promoter.
  4. d) All Winners will be notified via private message on Instagram, in alignment with the channel they entered via within three (3) business days of the judgement occurring.
  5. e) Should the Promoter not receive a response from one or more winner/s within five (5) business days after sending the private message, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
  6. f) Should item 3e come into effect, a representative of The Promoter will select the next best entry/entries to be the Major Prize Winner/s of the The Promotion. This judging will take place at Kinrise Pty Ltd of Level 15, 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra, Victoria 3141 at 09.00am (AEDT) on Friday the 17th of April 2026.
  7. h) The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4) Prizes

  1. a) Major Prize Winners: Details RRP $151.50 AUD

  1. b) The total prize pool is valued at $454.50 AUD.
  2. c) The prize may not be transferred or substituted, except at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.
  3. d) The physical component of the Major Prizes will be delivered to the addresses supplied by the Major prize winner/s.
  4. e) The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs associated with the prize after delivery.
  5. f) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for the liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5) Entries

  1. a) All entries must be original and will become the property of The Promoter upon submission. Entries may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide.
  2. b) Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable licence to use, modify, reproduce, communicate, and distribute their submission and associated intellectual property in any media for promotional and commercial purposes without further compensation.
  3. c) The winner’s name and photographs may be used for any future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide.
  4. d) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  5. e) If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

6) Warranties

  1. a) Entrants agree they are fully responsible for any materials they submit as a component of their entry (Entry), including but not limited to their answer to the promotional question. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for the content of their Entry, to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Entry without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that:
  2. i) they will not submit an Entry that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication;
  3. ii) their Entry shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;

iii) they will obtain prior consent from any person or from the owner(s) of any property that appears in their Entry.

  1. iv) the Entry is the original literary work of the entrant, that does not infringe the rights of any third party;
  2. b) Each entrant warrants that the use or publishing of any entry will not cause The Promoter to be in breach of any third party’s intellectual property rights.
  3. c) The Promoter does not take any responsibility for any costs associated with entering and/or accessing The Promotion including and not limited to internet service provider costs.
  4. d) If for any reason The Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of The Promoter, which corrupt or effect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of The Promotion, The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel The Promotion or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
  5. e) In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes, The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, cancel The Promotion and/or recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
  6. f) If The Promoter becomes aware that a prize winner is in breach of any warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions or made subsequently to, The Promoter may deem that prize winner ineligible.
  7. g) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of The Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
  8. i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
  9. ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;

iii) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by The Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of The Promoters;

  1. iv) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions of entry;
  2. v) any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; and/or
  3. vi) redemption of the prize.

7) Disclaimer

  1. a) This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta.
  2. b) Claimants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Meta.
  3. c) Each claimant completely releases Meta from any and all liability.

8) Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge and agree that if they are selected as a winner, their personal information, including but not limited to their name, contact details, and any other necessary details, will be collected and stored by the Promoter and may be shared with third-party agencies engaged by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, and awarding prizes. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is located at https://greensfoods.com.au/privacy-policy/.
